Rosé Sangria

I'm longing for winter to begin. Time to wear all my lovely coats and wear plenty of layers. It also means time for hearty winter stews or soups and a change in alcoholic beverages too. Swapping vodka sodas for a warming whiskey, and white for red wine. However, there is time to make a batch of refreshing cocktails to bid the summer farewell.

I made this pink cocktail for Jack's 28th, and flipping hell, it was potent. Partial to sangria, but also wanting to make something different, I made a rosé version. It's super simple and fruity.

Ingredients
(Made in a large pot/bowl)
2 x bottles of Spanish rosé
350 ml x brandy
Fresh strawberries
Tinned nectarines (with juice)
Fresh mint
2L of sparking water (When serving your drink, fill your glass 1/2 with the mixture, and top the rest of it off with sparkling water and ice)
